Show Zero Values in Excel

In Excel 2007, show zero by doing the following:
  1. Click the Office Button, the click the Excel Options button, and next click on Advanced.
  2. Under Display options for this worksheet, select a worksheet, and then, to display zero values in cells, select the Show a zero in cells that have zero value check box or to display zero values as blank cells, clear the Show a zero in cells that have zero value box.
In Excel 2003, show zero by doing the following:
  1. Go to Tools at top, then click Options, and then click the View tab.
  2. Next, to display zero (0) values in cells, select the Zero values check box or, to display zero values as blank cells, clear the check box.
